Deposits for classes are generally non-refundable. This is because we have made financial commitments for your attendance: we prepare all of the materials for the class, pay the caterer and the site in advance.
Payment in full for classes are refundable minus the $250 deposit.
If you are unable to attend a training, you may transfer the deposit to the next comparable training within a 12-month period.
If you have special circumstances, such as a death in your immediate family, please contact us directly.
REFUNDS MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE TRAINING
If you have paid a deposit or tuition for a training, and you notify us more than 30 days before the training for which you registered, we will refund your deposit or payment.
Because we are ordering materials and catering, we do not refund deposits less than 30 days before your training.
REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE (PAYPAL)
PayPal charges us a 3% transaction fee on all transactions. As a non-profit, PayPal will refund us the 3% transaction fee on refunds made within 60 days of your payment. If you are requesting a refund 60 days or more after your payment or deposit, we will keep the 3% transaction fee.
REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD (BY PHONE)
If you provide us your credit card number for payment on a registration form or by phone, that payment goes through our credit card processing service. As with most services of this type, our service does not refund us the transaction fee if we refund your payment. For this reason, we would refund your deposit or payment minus the transaction fee that we have paid.
